Hey J, don't want to be the one who is the downer in here, but I had that for 5-6 weeks before J came. What I can tell you is what my MW told me and that was that when it is the real thing you won't not know. You will know your baby is coming. Especially if you have been warming up for weeks. you know that that is what your BH feel like and so it will be something very different. My BH were painful or uncomfortable but when labour hit it was very different. Good luck babe and remeber you are only 40 weeks. Going to 42 weeks is NORMAL human gestation. That is why they say 38-42 weeks. So chill and rest and I hope you have a really lovely birth, when you baby decides that he/she wants to come
