OK, this is going to be hard, but try not to think about it. Just go about your day as normal, deal with contractions as they come along, but don't pay them much attention until they start to feel more regular and "hurty". My first labour started the same way and I felt like I was going mental! My second labour I just went about doing everyday things (hanging out washing, vaccumming, etc) and practiced my deep breathing every time I got a contraction. I didn't time them, I just went with it. I practiced staying relaxed with every contraction, I thanked God that my baby was on it's way and that He was with me. It was a wonderful experience :)
You're doing great and your bub will be here soon .
 Maybe go have a rest then while you can. Prelabour can be so tourmenting, but its still doing something to get your body ready for active labour.
Are you at home alone? if so have somebody close to you... I found talking and even joking a bit helped...
my thoughts are with you... hope it will happen quickly!

if things have slowed down, try laying on your left side - i found that during my labour if i thought things where slowing - or just plain forgot not to- it ramped things up again...
back to 8 mins apart, 1 min long, and hurt!
:cheer: Go girl!
Have a hot shower if you need to. Or bath, but not too hot.
Water feels so good.
Wow! Bubby's coming! Good luck!
If you feel up to it then go for a nice walkto keep them coming.
Oh wow Candice looks like you`ll be meeting your little one soon.
Drink RLT, my SIL swears by it working.
oh i'm soooooo excited!!!!
:cheer: go candice go!
4 -6 mins but less painful now
I forgot to research - when should I let the obs break my waters? Not before transition?
I dunno about your last question - but all the best girl!! You can DO this.
:D OOOHHH how exciting!!!
Re: waters. They tried to break mine when I got to hossy. I was 7cm. They couldn't break them easily and my midwife wouldn't let them try anymore. In the end they didn't break until I started pushing.
HTH
All the best!
:yeahthat: same here... DD was posterior and I couldn't sit down not even to pee!!
just walking around was all I could do and swaying side to side standing up..... hip swaying...
Good luck Candice I am SOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED for you.... it is such an exciting thrilling time... enjoy it babe ;)
Candice - just go with your body and try not to "THINK" if that makes sense.... it will all happen in good time.... trust your body matey ;)
If you want to lie down lie down if you want to sit , sit, if you need to move your hips, move your hips... go with your body. your body tells you what it needs.
you dont need to let them break them.. they will break by them selves when they need to.
rest if you can but if its to uncomfy dont...
walking or even weeding will be great for getting things happening(do the weeding on all 4s)
Dont let them break your waters if you dont want them to. Mind didnt break until after Orson's head was out!
With a posterior bub, I recommend holding onto them until they go themselves! Even if they don't, caul babies are meant to be a sign of luck!
But if you feel you need them broken, not until 8-9cms I would say. The last couple go mighty quick after that. They broke them at 8cms with Angie and I had her 6mins later.
You're doing so well Candice :D. Still praying for you...
