I went on the drip and it wasn't that bad. Sure, my contractions were full on but you get through it and I had gas so just went with the flow. Everybody is different but no horror stories here at all. I was already 2cm dilated when they broke my waters. If you go with the gel and waters breaking then that's great. I only had a 5 hour labour, you'll be fine...can't wait to hear from you again, when you are holding your gorgeous little bundle!! Good luck, thinking of you xxoo:
