    molasses and treacle

    has anyone here heard of eating molasses or treacle to bring on labour. i know it can be used to bring on labour in animals - i was just wondering how safe it would be for humans. (i love treacle and am tempted to try this, but don't want to cause any harm or distress to jelly).

    I have never heard of it, but would be interested to know if you can take it to bring on labour.
