Thinking woman's guide to better birth

I was thrilled to find this in my hospital's childbirth education unit library this afternoon!! Being only a couple of weeks or so away from giving birth I didn't really want to buy one but really wanted to read it so I'm chuffed they had a copy.

Interestingly though the loans stamps show great demand in 2000, 2001, 2002 but then nothing until 2005 and then nothing until end of 2009.

Has anyone read it? What did you think?

Brilliant, brilliant book... an essential read in today's birthing culture... but the lack of demand also reflects todays birthing culture. You'll get so much out of that book, I am glad you could get your hands on it!

Well i've read it and it basically confirmed my many hours of research (especially into VBAC) that i've done so fantastic to read. Being evidence based and understanding the studies has definitely given me more confidence to make an informed opinion this time round.
