so im well and truely over this pregnancy. i just want this little guy in my arms. but it appears he isnt in a rush at all.
i had a midwife appointment this morning and she suggested things like walking (which ive been doing everyday for a week), sex (we've tried a few times but DP is on night shift so its hard to find the time), and Nipple stimulation. ive been reading up about it on the net but different sites say different ways to do it so im not sure if im doing it right??
just wondering if any BB's can shed some light on it, did they try it? how did they do it? and did it work? in fact did any of the above suggestions work for anyone? or can someone suggest anything else??
They way i did it - It like expressing - i'm not very good at explaining things. But i will give it a shot : - by massaging the boobs and nipples at the same time... Kinda like pulling at the nipples...
When i did it, it will produce some good contractions :-)
Ummm, Rest and your little baby will be in your arms in no time :-)

Seriously, lots of loving and smooching will get the oxytocin flowing and if you're close to being ready that will push you over the line. And it might be fun at the same time.
Hope you don't have to wait too much longer.
