Is this my plug?? With out getting to tmi, I woke up at 3am with a bad headache. Was able to go to sleep and woke up to get my 12 yr old up for school. When I peed, there was a large amount of...erm slime. I've had on and off contractions but nothing reg. what I thought had stopped, then started again about 30 min ago.
Is that slime my plug??
Could be. How many weeks are you? It could be just extra discharge, which is common in later pregnancy too. If everything is OK, no bleeding, no bad odour, no fluid leaking - then just carry on as usual. Losing your plug can be a sign that labour is close, but it can also happen a couple weeks before anything "real" happens.

I also have a 2 yr old. I don't remember this from the boys.
I took a shower and when I stood up and bent over , I got a very painful gas like sharp pain. Had to sit down. Once it stopped I got in, did my thing. Got out, got dressed and as I was walking out to the living room, I got it again.
Very new to me lol
Ya I've heard it could be weeks. I'll be induced the 19th if all is ok till then.
How is your head? Did you say in your other thread they were monitoring your bp? If the headache is hanging aroind I would suggest letting your care provider know.
It could be your plug or it could be normal discharge. Towards the end discharge turns to a more watery texture and increases in volume. I cant remember the name of it- something starting with "L".
Head is fine. It went away.
I went to bed with contractions 20 min apart. Woke up around 3am with a couple that hurt really bad. Now I'm getting them about 20 min apart but with gaps here and there. Meaning I'll get 3 or so 20 min apart then nothing for a while then they start back up where there's still 20 min apart. Don't last long but very sharp and hurt. No bloody show but still a slimy mess.
It's called lochia I think. I had similar pains when I went into labour. But I had discharge like that about a week before I went into labour, there was so much I thought my waters had broken and I went up to the hospital to get checked out! Sounds pretty normal from what I understand, just extra discharge and probably some bits of your plug
Very Crampy. Went to Walmart after our snow storm and I had to stop 2 times due to not being able to breath from them. I've had an emotional break down to. Not very hungry. And during the nite, i went pee and right before I did, I heard a plop sound. Not sure it was.
Can only hope.
I lost my mom a month ago and it hit me today that I won't have her with me, but my mnl. Me and her don't get along to well. I'm also frustrated cause everything we got to fix for dinners require me to stand over them and I can't cause I'm in constant pain standing up. I can't help around the house much cause bending over hurts. Then I cry and hubby asks me what's wrong. I just told him. I wanted to get my mind off stuff and just go somewhere for a while but he wanted to go home to watch some mob movie. Then I have to wrk out dinner but, nothing is laid out to thaw what so ever and there's only Mac and cheese to fix that's easy. Thankfully next week I can go get more stuff but, that won't help now. Ugg!
Well hubby and I Dtd and this morning I am Crampy. But now I'm getting sharp like gas pains down low and to my sides. I have..umm..let go if some..gas lol but it's not helping.
I have more energy but get out of breath and have to sit cause of pain.
We went and got a new door and just standing up got me out of breath. I had bh and contractions the whole time and couldn't talk cause of them let alone stand up.
I am loosing more plug. It's not clear this time it's more yellow or cream color.
