How much RLT can you drink????

Hi I am hoping someone can help me here. I am almost 35wks pg and i have been drinking RLT for a week now. I am drinking anywhere from 2 to 4 cups of it a day (using the tea leaves) and i want to know what the limit is? Is there a limit as to how much i can have? IT doesn't say on the box either.

    Any help is much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

    Cheers
    Kat

    Sorry I have no idea.

But if you are worried about it then I would stop drinking it or drink maybe one cup a day

Struggling to find some decent info myself. I have found a birth tea that contains RLT and other herbs, blended by a local Naturopath. The instructions only give how to make a cup of tea, not quantity per day Might have to give her a call. From what I can gather you it is best to talk to a Naturopath or someone similar to find out the correct dose for you.

Listen to your body? If you're getting frequent Bh's then cut down. Or if you feel sore or uncomfortable, cut down. Or if its just generally not agreeing with you, cut down...

I usually suggest a max of 4 cups a day but I do agree with bellelass, listen to yor body. Also be aware that the leaves may be of different strengths from 1 brand to another

hi and thanks for all your replies
I don't know what happened earlier i posted in here and i must have done something wrong because its not here

Alan thank you so much its always good to get some info froma midwife perspective. My MW said i should look into it but i never asked ehr how much!

I will make sure i don't go over 4 cups per day, i have had some BH but nothing out of the ordinary. I know it will get a lot worse before this bub comes if its like my others!!!

Sneakysparkle the box i have says take time out to enjoy a few cups a day, but it says nothing about it being PG related! So hence i wasn't sure!

    Thanks again everyone
