Well I just got back from seeing the ob. I refused a stretch and sweep and refused a C section and opted for continued monitoring as per usual. Whats the rush...cookie will come out when cookies ready and I'm only 5 days overdue.

My Ob says I am crazy- the longer I wait the higher the risk- Dont give me that crap I think...just let Mumma and Bubba be and I will let YOU know when I think I will need YOU.

Wheres the nature in natural gone hmmm?

Sorry- maybe a tiny bit over it, but I am still loving being pg ITMS?

Yeah I agree. I would have done the same thing. Unless there is a medical need for something to be done i.e it can be explained and given reasons for and against doing something, leave nature to take it's course has always been my approach to anything with my body. I would have said the same thing to my OB.

OB's are like all doctors wanting to minimise risks, but unless your 42 weeks + from what I've been explained to that is when the real risks start unless you have prior medical issues. Why would they want to rush to C/S? That seems overkill to me.

Still can't wait to read your BA tho! :P Keep well little Cookie.

-Sophie did similar stunts afew times and then took 2 1/2 hours when she decided to come! coulda easy been been a car baby
