Present for a friend

Hello lovely ladies

A friend of mine is due to give birth in about 6 weeks time and I'd like to get something for her, but I have no idea what!

I don't really want to get vouchers or anything like that, I'd prefer it something that she could keep or something that may help her while in labour, and I'd prefer it to be about her, not the bubs IYKWIM I have lotsa little pressies bub related!

Does anyone have any ideas??

a snack basket get hold of all her fav foods and make up a basket so she can snack away

a book she likes is allways a good idea or a body shop basket so she can use it after the birth for her first shower

warm comfy jarmies are another one

Depending on how much you want to spend what about a nice MUM pendant or something like that, she can wear it and think of her little one and her very thoughtful friend at the same time.

Otherwise i think the snacks is a good idea, what about a nice comfy summer dressing gown to wear in hosp, i was given one after DD and wore it for AGES, would have loved to cover my hideous BF nighties while in hosp with it.

Otherwise maybe just a small pack of things to use in hospital, relaxation cd, hand held massager, neck pillow etc etc?
