I'm finding it too hot to drink tea too! I had one cup two days ago :lol: How many cups a day is the recommended?

Ren, I think the recommended is up to 3 cups a day :)

I was taking the tea cold. I would make a half a pot with 4 teaspoons of leaf in it and when strong enough, make it up to a litre with cold water. I added honey and ice and it wasnt too bad tasting! Good for hot weather.
Cant get the leaf here anymore so have switched to the tablets and I'm taking 3 x 3 daily too. Hope it works for me too!
