Baby moved back up - feeling disheartened now!!!

Hi All, so I am due on Monday 2nd August and today have just been told that baby has moved back up and it's head is totally free. For the last 5 checks it has been 3/5. I have been told to bounce on the fit ball, and my partner has been given a task of "hammocking" my belly to help. Anything else anyone can suggest would be very appreciated. I was all excited this week as I thought this might be it. I was having at least 2-3 BH per day up until last week as well, and have had diahhrea (sorry TMI) for the last two weeks - all signs (or so I thought) that this was it

This happened to us too, bub disengaged after being engaged, and I was 5 days over at that stage. I could tell you not to be too disheartened, but I felt the same way. My only advice is keep bouncing on that fit ball and trust in your body and your baby that everything will come together beautifully and bub will be in your arms soon. Try and remember the 2nd is just the estimated due date, and bub may stay cosy for a little while longer, and if that's the case that is what bub needs.

And they are all signs, great signs, that your body is gearing up to birth your baby, have faith in that and rest up and try to relax before the big show Good luck!
