Has anyone used self hypnosis and had success in their labour?
I have a few self hypnosis CDs ('Inner Alchemy) which are for spiritual development and I've found them very good. The same people who do them also do a small serious consisting of 5 CDs for mothers including the two I'm interested in, 'Preparing for Birth' and 'Connecting with Baby'.

I don't know about the parenting CDs but the Inner Alchemy ones put you into a deep trance. All of the CDs have subliminal messages.

Has anyone used this or another hypnosis CD/DVD? How did you find it?
