sooo....do u think this is contractions?

I have been getting recurring pains this this morning. The pain is in my lower back and around the front near the groin. Walking doesn't really make it any better. I have also been a bit poopie all morning as well.

I have had period style cramps since Saturday last weekend as well.

(I have been taking RLT, EPO, had a curry on Wednesday, even DTD the other night and eaten hell of a lot of fresh pineapple )

I haven't yet timed the contractions cause I don't want to jinx it

Even if this is not the start of active labour, these contractions are doing great work at preparing your body for what's coming. Don't worry if they go away, they will come back again eventually

Dont be disheartened, it's just the start of big things Try to rest if you can, you'll need your strength soon.
Sometimes stop-start labours and sloooow beginnings are for a reason. Maybe baby is not in quite the right position and needs a bit mroe time to wriggle around, for example. It's good that your body is giving baby that time, if so.

Sounds like your body is doing all the right things. I had the same thing you describe two weeks before I had my DD2 but with DD1 I had it the day I had her so it won't be far off now!! Very exciting!

PS you'll know when it's the real thing. Second time around is so different. x good luck hun
