is it sort the bones that ache cat?? i still get achy down there somethimes and thats almost two years on!
Hiya,
Despite a fantastic birth, in the last few days I've had an achy V area. It's uncomfortable when I sit and when I rise (but not inbetween). What is this ache? It hasn't felt like I gave birth since I gave birth 12 days ago but suddenly something's going on down there and I don't like it! Still have lochia but no clots and it's light. No offense smell. Is this normal? I can't rememer from my first birth! I'm a little constipated (need to drink more water!)...is it related? I've been doing my pelvic floors contantly...am I overdoing it?!
TIA!

That sounds a little odd if you didn't have pain there after the birth and then it's suddenly come on like that. If I were you I'd be getting it checked out. You could either see your GP or if you have a midwife or health nurse visit due soon you could ask them if you should be getting it checked out. I had pain for 3 weeks afterwards but mine was really bad from the start and got better gradually as time went on.
Hmmm, not sure Cat. Could well be worth talking to someone about if it has just come on suddenly. But perhaps it is just everything returning to normal? Like referred pain from your uterus contracting or something? In any case, if it's bothering you, I'd be talking to someone about it. GL mate - gooooorgous little girl you've got there![]()
