there is the problems with mo-mo twins (i presume yours are if they are identical??) are they in the same sac? shared placenta?
your embryo split??
maybe this is what your OB is worried about.....OB may be concerned about the following...
cord entaglement/compression
cord prolapse after first bub is born
ttts
peak more with your OB hunni...i know it's not what you wanted to hear BUT this may be why he is recommending a caesar earlier
