post pregnancy recovery shorts

has anyone used the SRC post pregnancy recovery shorts after their bub(s) was born? were they worth the insane price tag? or is there a cheaper alternative maybe?

Oh my freaking gosh... unless I had a medical reason I couldn't justify the price tag!!!!! $189! WOAH!

If I was recovering from a pelvic disorder and I had a doctors recommendation then I'd consider it. Otherwise it sounds very gimic-y.

yeah i think they are originally for c-sec recovery or something but it would b tempting if it helped my tummy recover...hmm maybe 2nd hand ones....god im such im sucker for marketing!!!!!!!!

I just wore shapewear every day after having DD2 and my tummy recovered much better, and much faster, than after having DD1 (and the weight gain/size of my tummy was similar)... cost me $30 from Target for some shapewear that sat up high, just under the bust, and yeah, I think it did help... I honestly don't think these $190 jobs would be any different, really!! HTH
