i was going to wait until i could get to a computer instead of my phone but its taking too long so i thought id tell my story
after a heart breaking miscarriage we tried for around four months to fall pregnant again. while four months isnt a long time for someone that really wants to get pregnant it seems like 5 yrs...every period i would cry. i was going on holiday and while on the plane i felt quiet sick and felt a cold coming on...i normally fly really well so i kept wondering if i was pregnant. i was a few days of my period being due but had a pregnancy test in my bag and couldnt resist so i tested when we landed and i got my bfp. i used all the tests to be sure lol lol.....i was so excited....
had a few scares during the pregnancy with bleeding but everything turned out ok..the wosrt part of the pregnancy was my heart burn. it was so painful i was on the strongest tablets possible and the chewies and i would still vomitt during the night while i was asleep at least ten times. it was horrid.
at the end i needed to decide if i was having a csection or going to try for natural and i was really struggling with the decision due to circumstances and at least that was taken out my hands
on tuesday the 5th and about 10pm i started vomitting. i called hubby and told him and he said he would be home soon. i kept vomitting all night and i couldnt sleep. i thought that maybe i had gastro. i had a few contractions and one painful one but i still didnt think i was in labour. they werent like anyone had said so i decided to try and lay down. with no sleep hubby got dd ready for child care and drove her there. i finally had two hrs sleep and then mum woke me up coming over to check if i was alright. i still convinced myself i wasnt in labour but mum rang the midwife just to check. she told me to come in to be monitered so we got ready and drove in. my ob was away and he was with my daughter so i wasnt real happy. when i got in they monitered me and she wasnt sure if i was in early labour or not but as time went by the contractions increased so they rang the dr. i ended up having and epidural and they broke my waters and i was having regular contractions but i was dialating....by ten that night my dr said that i had to have a csection.....i tried and was disappointed i couldnt have a natural birth again but i did all i could.
ariana was born at 8pd...51cms...and everything was great.....i was in hospital for seven days and had a few issues bfeeding again and she actually lost weight....but she is seven weeks now and put on the weight she needs to.
