After weeks of BH’s i was so tired and fed up that i was overdue and giving up thinking the baby was never going to come
So at 3 am on the 25th October 2010 i had pains that woke me up still wasn’t sure if it was the real thing or not but then when i had a massive plug come away i thought yep thats it and felt a leak wasn’t sure whether it was my waters or not but i rang the hospital and they told me to come over so i woke DH and then we were off
Got to the hospital and Dr.T put me at 2cm dilated so not much happening at all took a walk and the contrax started coming a bit more then slowed down but became more painful he then checked me again a while later and i wasn’t progressing very far at all this was 12 hours from 1st pain and thats when he broke my waters (most painful thing ever) they just kept gushing out of me and i went to the shower and that was awesome i just kept leaking it felt so strange and different from my first time
Then things started to heat up and get a lot more painful the pains were mostly in the front but then moved to the back then to the front again and they got closer together but shorter in length it was starting to hurt so much more and i started getting pushy feelings thinking it was too early i was freaking out it was only just past 6 something and it was so painful i was hugging the end of the bed for dear life DH was pretty awesome helping me through the pain i so wanted drugs but discovered it was too late and baby was coming my pushy feelings were right my body knew wat it was doing and it felt so different to the last time coz i was doing it without drugs at all
4 pushes and she was out then DH didn’t look carefully enough and announced its a boy and i freaked Dr.T said hang on its a girl lol she came out with her hand on her face and it felt like forever between her head coming out and the rest of her the contraction just wouldn’t come then she was wiped off and then handed to me while i had stitches for a really tiny tear and she had her first breastfeed
She was weighed i said 4kgs my mum said 3960gms and lo and behold 3960gms freaky stuff

That's so awesome hun, I'm so glad she's here earthside and you can enjoy her now! She's beautiful, looks just like her big brother! You were amazing!
