Wow Arimeh. You are amazing. And Felix is incredibly lucky! Well done for recognising your instincts that something was wrong. I'm so glad you are both okay. Sorry that you didn't get your homebirth and third VBAC.
Wowee! I'm so glad you and Felix are safe and healthy after that massive ordeal!!! You're probably glad he's your last baby after all that pain you endured!!! You will NEVER have to go through it again LOL
That's very scary what you went through and if I was you I probably would have been asking to be knocked out too! Thank god for c/s these days in cases like that!!! there's alot to be said about instincts huh?
I felt really nauseous reading your story! But then that could be my MS too lol
Where were the kids at the beginning? were they home to watch the home birth initially? I'm more than happy to have my babies in a hospital LOL
From what I've seen in your posts, you were more worried about things not being right this time. You just had that feeling I guess?
I'm so glad you are both ok & that you have another handsome little man around the house Bet A is stoked!
Much much love Arimeh. what a birth journey Felix had in store! I am so in awe of you, being able to listen to your inner self so amazingly and knowing, just knowing that you needed to transfer to bring him safely earthside and then knowing that you needed to just have him via general. that is so in tune and amazing...all the while you are in absolute agony.
much love, thank you for sharing such a powerful story.
Congratulations on the birth of your bubba. Thank you for sharing your story. I got goosebumps reading this! I hope you are resting up and recovering well.
I'm another who thinks you did so well to listen to your body and trust your instincts. I'm so very, very glad Felix arrived safe and sound and I hope your recovery is going well. Enjoy getting to know your lucky last addition to the family xx
Woah Mel !! So glad that both of you made it through safely ! A massive congratulations and a big squishy welcome to little Felix
Cannot wait to meet him and cannot wait to see you !!
Much love xoxoxo
Wowwee!! What an experience. I think you little guy has been giving the perfect name and I bet he lives up to it. You did an amazing job and I am very glad that things ended well for you all. Thank you for sharing your amazing and scary story.
