    Wink Woo Hoo Supportive Doctor

I took DD2 to the Dr today, she's not quite herself and half way through the consultation she's grabbing at my top and asking for "booby please".
Normally when this happens the Dr's stare at me and say "oh is she STILL BFing" but today the Dr said "so is Z a booby girl" and my shocked reply was "um yeah" to which she said "well done, keep up the great work".

She even commented that it was probably better for her at the moment with her throat infection as she can get quite a bit of nutrients from me while she's skimping out on food with a sore throat.

I was absolutely shocked, last time she saw a Dr they said so when are you going to wean her

Right now i don't care what DP says or another other non-supportive Dr, whether it be for comfort or food my boobs are doing what they were made for and it's about time someone showed appreciation for that.. i've worked damn hard to get her to where she is today and i'm proud of what my little (yep little - i have boob envy) boobies have achieved

Thanks ladies, I was shocked, it's sad more medical professionals aren't so supportive.

Sent from my iPhone, more than likely while I should be doing something else!
