Best commercial yogurt

Hi All,

Just wondering which type of commercial yogurt is the best. I won;t be able to make my own so am looking to purchase some from the supermarket.

I had a quick look at a few brands and found them to have ADDED SUGAR!, are there any that does not have added sugar or which is the best of them all?

DS has Jalna Biodynamic Full fat yoghurt. It's the one with the dark green lid. He loves it, and I figure it's healthier than most yoghurts out there (if you can call them yoghurt!).

Is it okay for an 8mth old to eat adult yogurt?

Yoghurts like Jalna are better for babies than most "children's" yoghurt.....most of the kids ones are full of sugar. So bizarre!

Ahhh the things I feed my children thinking that they're healthy...*adds Jalna to shopping list and plans to turn current yoghurt into icy poles*
