I haven't personally used the TT Closer to Nature (our little man lifted his nose at them because he preferred a more pointed teat), but my SIL said that they work well until bubs gets a bit older and starts giving themselves their own drink / playing with their bottles. Apparently it is relatively easy for them to push the teat into the bottle, resulting in a flooded bed / floor. Otherwise, they are BPA-free and are apparently good for concurrent BF and FF, if necessary

It really is the luck of the draw as to what bottle bubs will take. I have tried a gazillion bottles (they are all stacked in storage boxes waiting for my next fussy child!). I have tried Medela, Avent (BPA-free), Nuby, TT, Pigeon plastic and Pigeon glass and some cheaper brands as well. IMO Pigeon is by far the best for two reasons. The teats never collapse (and I have never had a vacuum like I have had with all of the others ) and you can buy no-leak teats for them (these also fit the Avent bottles btw). They are now also available in a BPA-free version so I am off to buy those now to add to my collection

No leak teats have saved me many, many clean-ups. When they are little, you can't "drown" them with an open teat hole because they need to suck before any liquid gets through the teat (thereby regulating how much milk they want per suck). When they are older, bottles that are flung around don't result in milk on them, you and the floor (we are at this stage now). TT doesn't make a no-spill teat to the best of my knowledge. I may be wrong, but it could be worthwhile looking into this?
