milk saver reviews?

i have a 4 week old baby and seem to be having an oversupply of milk.... i end up wetting my pad and cloths just with my let down..... i came across the milk saver and was wondering if it works... if anyone has used it... can u pls tell me if it works as i feel bad that i am wasting so much milk.... thanks

ummmmmmmmmmm, not sure what a milk saver is, but we expressed (by hand, or whatever) the extra milk, and stored it in the freezer for when we could use it later.

or depending on where you live, there are breast milk banks around in a small number of hospitals, where babies (particularly premmies) can benefit enormously from drinking your surplus ... an incredible priceless gift, if you're willing to donate it
