I was told I could use polarimine but not every day like I am used to. (I'm a chronic hayfever sufferer) and also claryintine is okay occasionally as well. This doesn't help me much because I really need to be taking something daily.
But I'm keeping it kind of under control between rhinocort and some claryintine about twice a week.
Be careful with the polarimine if you aren't used to it because I have been taking it for years without any issues but I must be pretty sleep deprived because I took one the other week and it knocked me out. I was falling asleep sitting up whilst playing with the kids lol. So best take that at night. Hope you get it under control. Hayfever is not fun.
My hubby printed me off an information sheet from the Queensland Department of Health only last night that also said Telfast was okay........ it said to try to avoid the medications that make you drowsy .....the nasal sprays were okay to take....
I guess if you can manage it, take whatever you are taking post feeding......
ETA sorry forgot to say that it said Claratyne is the best between Claratyne, telfast and zyrtec....
