Question Best time to drink camomile tea to help wind in bub

My MCHN recommended that I drink camomile tea to help my DD with wind pains... however, when is the best time for me to drink it? I was thinking right before bed would be good as it would help me to relax too, but then if I don't feed my DD for another 8-10 hours (as she is sleeping), will the effects of the tea be gone by the 1st morning feed?

    Any ideas?

I've never heard of drinking chamomile but wish I had of known about it as I would have tried just about anything to help my DD with her wind! I would probably aim to drink it a couple of hours before feeding?? I think that leaving it overnight might mean that any benefits would be out of your system?

Good luck Kellie, I'd be interested to know if it helps!

I drank about a litre of it last night and another 500mls today...I hoping it will have a calming effect too.
