DD was a "once every 6 days" pooer and now she is pooing every single day. I wasn't all that sure she was getting much in the way of solids (we're doing BLS) - but could she be getting more than I think she is due to the change in nappy - they're not particularly solid poos, the same as usual but every day.
She's also cut her 2 bottom teeth and I was reading that this can have an effect on their pooing habits.
It was about a month after starting BLS that my DD's nappies changed, not solid solid but no longer just like BF'ing nappies. That was how I figured she was actually getting some food, and the first time I saw some carrot in it, well didn't I get excited ha ha that is rather sad to admit!
She now goes every morning at the same time, and after particularly hungry days, then again in the afternoon. I thought I'd heard teething can make for worse poos, but didn't seem to change DD's when her bottom two came through. Hmmm didn't really help much did I?
I'd say she is getting much more then you are seeing. DDs poo changed at about 7 months and it was only after corn that I actually realised how much she was consuming I still wonder what she is getting out of certain foods cause they dont seem to change all that much! Then at about 8-9 months her nappys became a lot more solid. We never had a change in poo when DD teethed either.
Gosh I cant believe the little miss is 7 1/2 months already!
