    Does he need cows milk?

DS is 14 months and still breastfeeds about 3 times a day, and usually once or twice overnight.
He eats really well, and I try to give him some yogurt and cheese every day. What I'm wondering is if I need to give him cows milk to ensure he's getting enough calcium, or does he get enough from breastmilk?

    TIA

DS has cows milk on his cereal, and he has drank it on the few times I have offered it to him. I've just given him to it cold in a sippy cup, and he loves it! Just wondering if I need to be offering it to him though, and if so, how much?

Feeb: I guess your DS1 knows what he wants .

I don't think you do, no, particularly if he's having other dairy products. On the whole, I think we tend to have too much dairy if anything.
