Firstly....sorry if this is in the wrong spot! Secondly......sorry for TMI!!

I've been getting AF for the past 4 months and they have been painless (mine never used to be) although really heavy and bright red.

This morning I started my first AF after weaning and I have the worst cramps (like I used to) plus there seems to be a lot of "old" dark blood.

Anyone else had this? Is this a sign of things to continue? I thought I was getting off too easy!
