    Question stopping bedtime milk

    Hi,
I have a three year old daughter who has been having a sipper cup of milk at night before sleep. she is toilet trained during the day (still requests a nappy at day sleeps which is often wet when she wakes up) and we are hoping to start toilet training her for night times as well.

My question is how do i go about taking away the sipper cup of milk at night times?? and then start toilet training her for nighttime as well?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
    Thanks

    stopping bedtime milk

We have just done this over the last 3 nights with DD. I just explained to her the last night that from the next day she could have her cup of milk with morning tea instead of before bed (she only has water through the day - refuses anything else)

She asked for milk the first night but I just said remember you had it at morning tea and she had a bit of a grump but was okay. She's been fine since fortunately.

We've just mastered TT during the day and will be following this thread for night time tips.

I find warning her of changes helps her prepare for them. Good luck!

i was thinking about offering it at afternoon tea, so i think that might be a good idea. Thanks Human Bean and good luck on the day time toileting.
