Is this mastitis?

I've had a lump for almost 3 days now usually I just massage it out and it's gone by the end of the day but this time no amount of massaging is working or massaging in shower or while feeding , pumping, changing feeding positions, feeding her more in that side none of it is helping at all

It's not hot or red but I think it is a bit more inflamed from me massaging it

It hurts

I don't have a temperature

Any tips?
I cant get onto the aba hotline
