hoarse grunting, crying and also not sleeping

DD is 20weeks and has always been a good feeder and slept well at nights. For the past week or so she has been grunting really hard when she feeds, she goes so red and then comes off and cries hard. It's been so bad that I've had to just not feed her, and she seems ok to play or sleep instead.. but she acts hungry. (Furiously sucking fingers, smacking lips.)
She's totally fine when she's not feeding.
Also, at nights she no longer sleeps well, she continually wakes up every 1 to 2 hours for a feed or cuddle.. She never needed cuddles before. This has been going on since she had her 4mo needles (3 weeks ago)
Please help! I feel like I'm starving her, and I'm so sleep deprived that I'm starting to ignore her cries in the morning
