    How much water?

How much water should I be drinking while breastfeeding?
Currently I am having a bit over 2L (plus juice etc). The pharmacist today though said I need more if breastfeeding.

Mad B is right. If you are thirsty, drink. There is no need to push fluids - you'll just end up on the toilet all day. In your case milk supply is not the issue - but even if it was, drinking excess water does not increase your milk supply (feeding your baby frequently does)

Yep just drink to thirst. Who has time for keeping count of what you drink anyway

I always had a cup of raspberry leaf tea and a glass of water to drink every time I sat down to feed.
