    Maternity bra question

Seems like a rookie question but without a bra store here I am lost! Anyway...

I *thought* I had the right size maternity bra but I guess things change after breastfeeding settles down. My boobs frustratingly always fall out in the middle, so I thought it was just my poor boobs getting their sag on. I tightened the back and straps as far as they would go and no luck! They fall out when I lie down too. So is my bra too big or too small?! After all my babies I never lost cup size which confuses me needing to go bigger.

When i'm in Melbourne next I am sooo getting a proper, fitted bra.... Sick of having to check myself.... Gah!

I'd say the cup is to big. Hotmilk has a measuring guide that might give you a better idea of what size you should be wearing.

I'd agree with MM. I have a couple that I bought before DD2 that were my 'regular' size and for my birthday this year (DD2 was 13 months) I noticed I was falling out of a couple. Went and got fitted and went down a back size - fit perfectly.
It may just be that the elastic is all stretched too? So it isn't doing it's job properly.

I find its the style of the bra that makes by boobs fall out (even now that I'm out of mat bras). I need to choose styles that have enough coverage on the top of the cup iykwim.

Amaunet that sounds a bit like me too... The bra I have on now is really pretty, but it gets a bit too cheeky for my liking! Feels like I am constantly pulling the bra up for coverage. So frustrating....

Thanks for the suggestions everyone Really need to find a decent fitter. Might go to the ABA store.

It could be size and style. It is pretty hard to keep them under control lying down though . I have a couple of mat bras, same style and size, but one doesn't fit very well because of how well worn it is. The other fits a lot better (obviously), because I haven't worn it as much.
