MOOOOOO- pass me a tim tam please

No problems, just feel like a dairy cow at the moment- DS is a bit sick and not interested in food, but he's a leech to my chest at the moment! Happy for that, hoping the wonder juice gets rid of his nasties, but MAN, I'M STARVING, and for chocolate!!!! Polished off an almost full packet of tim tams yesterday, it would have been the whole lot but for DH who in his selfishness, had two with a cup of tea yesterday.

Anyone got advice for some healthier alternatives??

Not really, but i do eat dried fruit. It still has a high sugar content though. Regular fruit is best...if a little dull and boring. Tried popcorn?

Also (don't laugh) I brush my teeth again because i hate the taste of anything mixed with toothpaste, so if i go and brush my teeth after a cup of tea or something, then the urge to polish off the biscuits/cakes goes.

I don't think that you can really hold breastfeeding responsible for making you eat timtams!
Carrots? Crackers and humous? Soup? Sandwiches?
