    Natural Yoghurt

So I've been thinking of lunch ideas for ds that are still nice served cold for when we are out and about (cos vegies are kinda Blergh unless they're warn) and was wondering, is it ok for a ten month old to have the jalna natural yoghurt?
He's had a little nibble when I've been eating it and has been fine. I was thinking of mixing it with some strawberries or pear for a nice sugar free fruit yoghurt.

Yep sure is fine! We started DD on Jalna yoghurt when she was 7mths and she LOVED it!! She's since gone off yoghurt but now that it's getting warmer again, she might enjoy it.

It's heaps better than buying those 'baby' yoghurts packed with sugar.

Shanti funny you should say that because the only reason it crossed my mind was because I forgot baby yoghurt and I'm feeling a bit too lazy to go fetch some from the shop XD
Wicked! It's always so much easier when they can start eating what we already buy

I just give it to them plain - my 4yo has always had plain yoghurt & prefers it to flavoured.

I give my kids cold vegies all the time - cooked carrot sticks & corn on the cob (snapped into small cobs) especially and they eat it enthusiasticly.
