growth spurts
My little one is 5 weeks 4 days and for the last 3 days feeding like a trooper and very unsettled sleeper (very unlike her). I'm assuming she is having her 6 week growth spurt. My question is does bubs growth spurt increase my appetite or am i just a pig??

I know when seb has a growth spurt i get hungry and i think because they are feeding so frequently you do need that extra food. Not only do i get hungry but also super thursty! Lucky they dont last to long!

mmm me too, and thirsty as well. I also noticed that I had slackened off drinking water and Elly's poo's went sticky, instead of soft, so make sure you drink lots of fluids!
