Whats the strongest one I can take whilst feeding. I have got my first real af since bub was born and it is a bad one. I have taken 2 nurofen but it is doing nothing for the cramps. I have a huge day ahead of my and can't crawl into bed like I really want to. I need something strong.
I rang Rodney Whyte about this not that long ago as Im taking panadine forte and panadine extra. Both have codiene in them. He said it was fine and will have no affect on bub what so ever. Panadine Extra you can get over the counter, panadine forte, you need a script. Makes you a little spaced out but does wonderful things for pain. He was more concerned on me taking nurofen and what it could be doing to my liver etc. HTH xx
