    Milk-free and wheat-free baby rusks?

Our Monster is teething at the moment and I am really keen to give him some baby rusks. So far every rusk I come across contains milk or wheat. He is Cow's Milk Protein Intolerant so none of these are an option. Also, because he is still young (and with his history of allergies) I am reluctant to try anything wheat-based either.

Does anyone know if there are rice rusks out there that do not contain milk or wheat? Otherwise, does anyone have a recipe so I can make them myself?

    Thanks

You can make them by moistening bread, rolling it up really tightly, and then baking until it dries out again.
You'd have to start with gluten-free bread, and I'm not sure how well it would work, but it may be worth a try.
