storing EBM

Hi there,

I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but I've had a search and can't find the answer.

How long can EBM be stored in the freezer (right up the back, in medela storage bags)?
And once thawed, is it only good for that feed, or can it be kept out for a few hours? DD refuses anything but a boob and I'm leaving her overnight in a month or so.....I will give her the last feed before bed, and she always sleeps through, but JIC
