Just wondering...

I know this was a bit silly, but last night DH gave Jesse a taste of tomato. I didn't know til he'd already done it, but didn't really think about it coz he was enjoying it.
Anyway DH came & laid him down next to me after & I noticed a rash on his chin & cheeks. Pretty much everywhere the tomato touched him.

Do you think this would've been just coz he's so young & his skin is still sensitive & tomato's are very acidic, or an allergic reaction?

I freaked at first, thinking it was an allergy & that his throat was gonna close up, but then I used my brain & figured it was probably just coz it was tomato.
The rash was gone within 15 - 20 minutes.
