    Lactation cookies for gluten-free mumma

    Wonder if anyone has any quick ideas about making gluten-free lactation cookies??
    Oats I can substitute but I can't seem to find gf brewer's yeast... (which is the key ingredient!)
    What have others done?

    More a just-in-case thing. Wouldn't necessarily be the first thing I'd try, though.

    Have you tried a home brew shop? Yeast is available... I'll ask my home brewing husband for a good online supplier.

    ETA: Safale is apparently fine.
