Question Bra recommendations needed for big boobs

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking for maternity bra recommendations. I have large breasts, I'm between a 14E and 16E depending on the brand. As my boobs need the extra support finding bras can be a challenge and I've been really disappointed by what's in the stores including speciality bra shops as they don't cater to sizes beyond D cups generally.

Makes, brands, name of individual bra and where you purchased them from would be greatly appreciated.

I have two Triumph ones that I love to bits and they are the only ones I've found that are supportive and comfortable but the downside is they are ugly and cost $60 each. I've found these in Bras 'n' Things and Myer.

    Thanks in advance,

    Curl

I have large BB's and have alwasy been exceptionally happy with target one, both normal and maternity

Each time I've tried Target they don't have my size. I've tried several times recently and found plenty of every cup size except E and when I did find E cup ones they were sizes 12, 18, 20 and 22.

Currently I'm in 16E and wearing a "hot milk" mat bra, it's pretty good support wise for something that doesn't have an underwire.
You need to be careful of which ones you look at though because I found alot of the hot milk bra not supportive enough for my bb's. I did a full cup support or I am popping out all over the place.

Have a look at bellaforma website, they have a lot of mat bras for big bb's.
Unfortunately I have found once you go past a DD the price for a bra goes up dramatically, if you want one that lasts and is supportive.

I am a 16J so I will tell you what I have tried and do / don't like.

The Berlie MAt Bra is soooo comfy, goes up to an F - I was wearing an 18F at the time because I didn't want to shop online, I wish it still fit.

The Lovable Maternity Bras also go up to an F I think (maybe only an E), pretty comfy but I didn't really like the bra itself.

Fayreform Evolve... goes up to J, possibly K cup. Nice, supportive, but a little irritating with the detail on the fabric (though maybe thats just me) and the drop cups are the one that have the extra bit across the top of the cup, if you know what i mean. I think it's called an A-frame, but i could be completely.

Ummmm the one im wearing i cannot for the life of me remember what it is, but it is definitely the best one I own. It also has silver in it which has healing properties and I haven't had a blocked duct since I have been wearing this bra. Okay, it sounds odd, and it could be coincidence but I was getting them almost once a week.

Ill have a google and get back to you... or i could strip, Okay, it's a Sophie by ROYCE.

I buy all my bras online now (blest bras), but as you are not as big as me you still shoould be able to get some in stores - for instance the Lovable and Berlie bras i got from Myer.

    Good luck.
