Breastfeeding and saunas.

Not breastfeeding IN saunas................ I have been advised not to use the sauna becuase I will get too hot and that is not good as I am breastfeeding.

I wonder if this is true?

Hi,

I can't see any reason why you can't use a sauna. Just make sure you remain well hydrated (not because you are breastfeeding, but just because it's sensible)
