    sports bra?

Just wondering whether it's ok to wear a sports bra while breast feeding... I want to try some classes at the local fitness and rec centre. I know you're not supposed to wear an underwire, and sports bras have a wire usually... but I'm not sure a normal bf bra will support these "mummy's big balls" (as DS1 called them the other day ) enough during any jumping...

I wore a sports bra while BF both times - it will be fine if you just wear them for the duration of the class. I also wore a crop top over the sports bra for extra support!

What about a sports bra that's more like a crop top? I had a few sports bras with no wire, in fact, I used them while pg before going out and buying maternity bras. I wouldn't recommend wire while bfing simply because pressing on ducts might cause a blockage and possibly mastitis. Would be dreadful to get fit only to get sick!

I have a great sports bra with no underwire! I'm a 12E, so not small at all and it's actually the BEST sports bra I've ever owned. It's by Intimo though so you'd have to track down a consultant to order it, and they're not cheap - I think it was around $75.
