When do you bf your baby? As soon as they wake up? Before they sleep? Do you top up a bit before a sleep or feed to sleep? Do you have a routine or do you just offer the breast when you think baby is hungry?

I think I may need to hold off a lil bit and offer less so V eats properly instead of snacking...I offer her the boob as part of my problem solving routine but I think she is getting used to the canteen always being open and Im getting nothing done lol..
