It sounds like you and bub might also benefit from a sling/wrap/carrier. If she likes sleeping being able to hear/touch/smell you, that's a great alternative to rocking and pacing. My DD loved her hug-a-bub as a tiny baby and I could guarantee she'd sleep for a nice long stretch.
A gentle walk around the block with bub in a carrier is great for you and bub (fresh air and a bit of a change of scene). The daylight and movement might also help while she's getting used to the whole day vs night thing.
Co-sleeping is the best. When I first co-slept with my DD she was five weeks of age. I don't even remember waking in the night, but when we got up in the morning I had one very fed-from bb! Have no idea how I bf her fully clothed, but it's amazing what your instincts and baby are capable of. I felt completely ripped off that I was warned off co-sleeping and all that blissful sleep before that. I kept falling asleep on the couch every night and I figured that was much less safe than being in our flat bed.
GL hun. This time will pass.
