SUNDAY URGENT: Anyone have a pump I can borrow? Melb West

Hello,

A friend from mothers group had her baby on friday night at 36 weeks. She is a little early so is staying in the hospital for a few days whilst mum goes home today.

I'm sorting her out a medela symphony from Tuesday but we need something for her to be able to express at home until then.

Does anyone have one I can borrow? I'm happy to come around and pick it up this arvo (Sunday).

I'll keep an eye on this thread so let me know.

Ring your local ABA group - it will be easy to obtain a symphony, even on a Sunday - get her the pump she needs now. Symphony's are hire pumps, and it is indeed what she needs. If you are expressing when you are separated from the baby/the baby is prem you need the good equipment.
