Haven't expressed for T in ages - not since the last batch of milk went off when our fridge died, 2 weeks after T was born! I'd eaten the chockies over a period of 4 hours, so T should be right It just occurred to me that liqueurs are deceiving! Plus, I did eat the last one right after the last BF and that was ages ago...due for anothery soon, I expect...
    You'll be fine!! Enjoy

Thanks DM I was wondering the same things myself as I do like the odd glass or two of alcohol. Glad having one or 2 is no real drama as I will definitely want a glass of bubbles tonight!

As for the mls per feed, if it helps I often give Leila one bottle per day of EBM (DH gives it to her actually) and she takes anywhere from 100-150ml but on average it's around 120mls so when I express I usually aim for around 130-140mls. This is usually a morning feed though so she's gone longer between feeds than during the day and is usally quite hungry.

    Enjoy a few drinks tonight

Well I did 2 90ml bottles and she struggled to get through the 90mls haha.
Fed her at 9pm then she didn't wake till..........................5AM! Gave her the other 90mls and slept till 8am where I was then able to feed her from the boobie!

Thanks for all your help ladies I feel soooooo proud of myself being able to avoid formula and express
