DS has had very wet, heavy nappies every time I change him (3/4 hourly) since he was born. Just now I have changed him (2am), 6 hours since his last change and it was barely wet at all and only a skid mark of pooh.

He was cranky all last night and yesterday but fed as normal and this is the first abnormal nappy. He slept from 9.30pm till just now, and he has just fed normally. Now is wide awake and looks happy enough.

Should I be concerned about the dry nappy or see how he goes? How many dry nappies are ok before I head to GP?
